SIGNAL LIGHTS CAME ON AND OFF INTERMITTENTLY, INDICATING THAT THE SIGNAL LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. CONSUMER COULD NOT USE THEM TO SIGNAL INTENT. CONSUMER TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER FOR ANALYSIS, AND MECHANIC TOLD THE CONSUMER THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN RECALL 03V327000 CONCERNING HAZARD WARNING SWITCH FAILURE DUE TO VIN. *AK
