WHILE GOING DOWN RAMP, EXITING A PARKING GARAGE ENGINE BEGAN TO RACE AND ACCELERATE. HITTING THE BRAKES DID NOT HELP, WAS ONLY ABLE TO STOP THE AUTOMOBILE WHEN IT WAS PUSHED IT INTO NEUTRAL AND THEN DRIVE. THEN IT CALMED DOWN. *AK *SLC
