TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 PONTIAC GRAND AM. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, THE SYSTEM WENT INTO SAFE MODE FOR TEN MINUTES BEFORE ACTUALLY STARTING. THE PROBLEM OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY.
