VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. CONSUMER WENT OUT TO START VEHICLE, AND AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS THOUGHT THAT THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. THEN, THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM THE STEERING COLUMN. CONSUMER USED FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO PUT OUT FIRE. *AK
