CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO START VEHICLE DUE TO FROZEN IGNITION WHICH WOULD NOT ALLOW THE KEY TO TURN, DEALER REPLACED THE IGNITION CYLINDER, CONSUMER ASKED IF THIS WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY SINCE VEHICLE WAS ONLY 3 AND 1/2 YEARS OLD AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD NOT BE. *SLC
