AFTER RECEIVING A RECALL NOTICE FOR IGNITION SWITCH VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE. VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALER. CONSUMER ASKED DEALER IF FIRE WAS CAUSED BY IGNITION SWITCH RECALL, BUT DEALER TOLD CONSUMER THAT FIRE HAD STARTED AT STARTER, AND NOT AT IGNITION SWITCH. *AK
