TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 PONTIAC GRAND AM. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO START THE IGNITION NUMEROUS TIMES AND THE ENGINE WOULD NOT START. THE CONTACT STATED THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE ANTI-THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM. THE PASSLOCK SYSTEM WOULD NOT RESET. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE IGNITION CYLINDER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. | |
