| UPON RECEIVING A RECALL LETTER AND TAKING THE VEHICLE TO DEALER FOR RECALL REPAIRS CONSUMER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION UNTIL SHE TOOK IT TO DEALER.
