THE DAY AFTER THE CAR WAS IN FOR RECALL ON THE HAZARD SWITCH THE WIRE LEADING TO THE HORN, CRUISE CONTROL AND DRIVERS AIRBAG BECAME BOUND UP AND HAVE SHORTED OUT AT THE CLOCK SPRING. HORN AND CRUISE CONTROL INOPERATIVE, I ASSUME THE AIRBAG IS INOPERATIVE AS WELL. *NM
