WHILE APPROACHING INCOMING TRAFFIC, THE CONSUMER APPLIED THE BRAKE AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO REAR END ANOTHER VEHICLE AT 25-35 MPH.
