THE CAR THAT CRASHED INTO ME WAS A DEPUTY NOT ON DUTY DISREGARDED A STOP SIGN HIT ME HEAD ON FROM FRONT TO SIDE TOTALING MY VEHICLE, THE AIR BAGS ON EITHER SIDE NEVER DEPLOYED. I SUFFERED FROM MY HIPS BEING OFF LINE AND HAD GONE TO THE CHIROPRACTOR FOR 6 MONTHS.*JB
