| I WAS DRIVING ON AN EXPRESSWAY IN MICHIGAN, DURING A THUNDERSTORM, AND MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED WORKING. I WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE FREEWAY BUT HAD ZERO VISIBILITY. I LATER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER WHO REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY.
