TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL BEGIN TO SHAKE AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO JERK FROM SIDE TO SIDE. THE CONTACT CONTINUED TO DRIVE BUT SLOWED DOWN AND WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE STOPPED BUT RECURRED SEVERAL MONTHS LATER. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THEY INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. | |
