TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE WHEEL JERKED VIOLENTLY. THE FAILURE WOULD RECUR SPORADICALLY AND IN ADDITION, THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD ALSO SEIZE WITHOUT WARNING. ALSO, THE INTERIOR LIGHTS WOULD OPERATE INTERMITTENTLY. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A SENSOR FAILURE AND THAT THE ALTERNATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BUT DENIED ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIRS TO THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 132,557. | |
