TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS FAILED TO ENGAGE WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND THE BRAKE LIGHTS WOULD ILLUMINATE INDEPENDENTLY. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN DRIVING WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THE BRAKES WOULD INDEPENDENTLY ENGAGE AND DISRUPT THE CRUISE CONTROL SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER NOR REPAIRED.
