Pontiac G6 Service Brakes Safety Report | Oct 15, 2012

Reported on Oct 15, 2012

WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THAT WHENEVER I DRIVE, MY BRAKE LIGHTS ARE CONSTANTLY ON. THEN, WHEN I STEP ON MY BRAKES, THE BRAKE LIGHTS TURN OFF. BECAUSE OF THIS, MY CRUISE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING. THIS IS VERY UNSAFE FOR DRIVERS FOLLOWING ME, ESPECIALLY IF I WOULD HAPPEN TO COME TO A QUICK STOP IF THERE WERE TO BE AN EMERGENCY. I HAVE LOOKED UP WAYS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ONLINE, AND ONE OF THE SOLUTIONS WAS TO APPLY A SPECIAL LUBRICANT TO AN ELECTRICAL PLUG. THIS SOLUTION WORKED FOR AWHILE, BUT NOW IT IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. PLEASE SEND OUT A RECALL OR SOMETHING TO GET THIS FIXED! I SEE G6'S ALL THE TIME WHILE I AM DRIVING WITH THIS VERY SAME PROBLEM, AND I HAVE READ ABOUT A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH THIS SAME PROBLEM ONLINE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME! *TR
