THE VEHICLE HAS 64,000 MILES ON IT AND THIS PART SHOULD BE WORKING AS IT IS REQUIRED BY THE STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. THIS APPEARS TO BE A MANUFACTURE DEFECTS AND SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.
