Pontiac G6 Fuel System, Gasoline Safety Report | Oct 03, 2011
Reported on Oct 03, 2011
MY 2007 PONTIAC G6 IS LEAKING FUEL FROM TOP SIDE OF FUEL TANK. I PRESUME THAT THE FUEL LINE OR PUMP IS LEAKING BECAUSE THE VEHICLE DOES NOT START ON FIRST IGNITION CYCLE. THE SECOND CYCLE OF THE IGNITION KEY BUILDS ENOUGH FUEL PRESSURE TO ASSURE A NORMAL START. FUEL RESIDUE CAN BE SEEN ALL AROUND BOTTOM OF FUEL TANK AND ON THE EXHAUST PIPE. *TR | |
