TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 PONTIAC G6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED BUT THE BRAKE LIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE UNTIL THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS RELEASED. THE CONTACT WAS ALTERED BY ANOTHER DRIVER OF THE CONSTANT MALFUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE THEY RECOMMENDED THE VEHICLE BE TAKEN TO A DEALER.
