Pontiac G6 Exterior Lighting Safety Report | Aug 01, 2013

Reported on Aug 01, 2013

WHILE APPROACHING A STOP SIGN I PRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND WAS ALMOST REAR-ENDED DUE TO MY BRAKE LIGHTS NOT COMING ON UNTIL BRAKE PEDAL WAS FULLY DEPRESSED DOWN TO THE FLOOR. I CONTINUE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND NOW HAVE TO BREAK LATER TO BE ABLE TO PRESS THE PEDAL DOWN ENOUGH TO ILLUMINATE THE BRAKE LIGHTS. THUS PUTTING MYSELF AND OTHERS IN DANGER OF A POSSIBLE ACCIDENT.
