Pontiac Bonneville Visibility Power Window Devices And Controls Safety Report | Oct 31, 2005

Reported on Oct 31, 2005

BOTH REAR WINDOWS HAVE FALLEN TO THEIR STOPS. THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING HELD SHUT WITH CLEAR PACKAGING TAPE. BOTH WINDOWS FAILED WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF EACH OTHER. THE SECOND WINDOW FAILED ON CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHT 2005 WHEN MY SON JUST SHUT THE DOOR. GM WANTS APPROXIMATELY $1000 TO FIX BOTH. THE SAD PART IS THAT WE DON'T EVEN USE THE REAR WINDOWS. GM CLAIMS THERE IS NO PROBLEM. *NM
