STEERING MAKES POPS AND GRINDING NOISES WHEN TURNING. THIS IS THE SECOND OCCURRENCE. FIRST TIME AT 37,000 MILES I WAS TOLD THE STEERING SHAFT WAS BAD. IT WAS REPLACED, BUT I HAD TO PAY SOME LABOR. THE PROBLEM IS WORSE WHEN THE WEATHER IS COLD. *JB
