TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH SHE ATTEMPTED TO DECELERATE, BUT THE BRAKES FAILED. SHE COASTED THE VEHICLE UP-HILL TO STOP.
