THE DEFECTIVE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SEATBELT ANCHORAGE GETS STUCK, CAUSING THE SEATBELT TO BE INOPERATIVE WHICH WONT PROTECT THE OCCUPANT IN EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. DEALER REPLACED SEATBELT ANCHORAGE TWICE. DEALER CANNOT DETERMINE PROBLEM. *AK
