IMPROPERLY INSTALLED VACUUM HOSE TO THE FUEL TANK LEAD TO FLEXING OF THE FUEL TANK. OVER TIME THE FLEXING WEAKED THE METAL AND CAUSE THE TANK TO CRACK WHEREIN IT DEVELOPED A FUEL LEAK.
