VEHICLE FAILED TO START, AND WOULD BLOW WHITE SMOKE OUT OF TAIL PIPE. A PRIVATE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED VEHICLE AS HAVING A CRACKED MANIFOLD. DEALERSHIP INFORMED CONSUMER THAT VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER RECALL 96V116000 IN AUGUST OF 1996, PRIOR TO HER OWNERSHIP. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / ATTACHMENTS.*AK REFERENCED IN EA02-030
