IT HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 10 TIMES (DYING) AND 5 TIMES (LURCHING) IN THE LAST 3 DAYS. DEALERSHIP UNABLE TO DUPLICATE MORE THAN 1 TIME AND CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO NEXT.
