Nissan Service Brakes, Hydraulic Switches Brake Warning

Bought a 2008 Nssan Versa in 09 about 6 months later car wont crank on first try it always would start on second try, now service engine  light is on and says misfire on cylinder 3 we replaced spark plugs and coil to no evail still sputtering at

my 2004 titan has 34000 mi on it and the font and rear axels need replaced. nissan sent a bulliten out to the nissan dealers in my area but no recall. (models 2004-2006) this fix will cost a total of 3900 dollars at apple nissan. only way i knew a

2000 NISSAN MAXIMA Fuel System, Assembly Filler Pipe.

2000 FUEL FILLER PIPE RUSTED. AS A RESULT, WHEN FILLING THE VEHICLE FUEL LEAKED OUT.
 
The pipe rusted at the top of the assembly and can go un noticed for awhile.
