Nissan Murano Visibility Safety Report | June 01, 2009

Reported on June 01, 2009

2004 NISSAN MURANO SL. SUN VISOR FALL DOWN AND WON'T STAY IN THE UP POSITION. WHILE DRIVING THE DRIVER SIDE VISOR WILL FALL BLOCKING THE DRIVERS VIEW. THE VISOR EITHER NEEDS TO BE HELD IN THE UP POSITION, OR TURNED TO THE SIDE TO KEEP FROM BLOCKING VIEW FORWARD, BUT WITH VISOR TURNED TO THE SIDE IT BLOCKS THE SIDE VIEW. THIS HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED AS OF YET DUE TO A NEW VISOR COSTING OVER 320.00. I HAVE TALKED TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SEEN ON SEVERAL FORUMS WHERE THIS IS A VERY COMMON AND UNSAFE PROBLEM. *TR
