WHEN DRIVING BETWEEN 2 TO 25 MPH HEAR LOUD HIGH PITCH WHINING SOUND FROM ENGINE. THIS STARTED AFTER ABOUT 200 MILES ON VEHICLE. VEHICLE HAD 51 MILES ON IT WHEN PURCHASED. DEALER SAID THIS IS NORMAL IT IS THE ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST SYSTEM. THE WHINING NOISE IS VERY DISTURBING AND DISTRACTING WHILE DRIVING. SUCH NOISE IS NOT NORMAL. NISSAN NEEDS TO COME UP WITH A FIX. JUST PURCHASED FROM DEALER ON 9/13/2013.
