Mitsubishi Diamante 2003 Engine And Engine Cooling Cooling SystemMitsubishi Diamante 2003 Engine And Engine Cooling Cooling System Review #10404130 MITSUBISHI DIAMANTE 2003 car safety problem was reported on May 25, 2011.MITSUBISHI DIAMANTE 2003, manufactured by MITSUBISHI MOTORS NORTH AMERICA, INC. had a problem with ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM . i have a 2003 mitsubishi diamante ls with 71677 miles on it all of the sudden my husband (the primary driver) tells me that every time he gets out of the car he feels light headed and nauseous. days later the front windshield started fogging up while driving and after turning the car off (whether it is warm or cold outside) i googled why would this happen and have spoken with a few mechanics and they are telling me that it is the heater core going out, and that the reason why my husband is getting light headed and nauseous is because there is anti-freeze coming into the interior of the car which is very detrimental to your health. i have read a ton of complaints on different websites and they all say the same thing. i contacted mitsubishi corporate today and spoke with a [xxx] in customer service and explained to her what was going on and asked why mitsubishi has not done anything about this. first because of the health implications, secondly because of the safety issue of the windshield fogging up while you're driving to where you can't see and thirdly that from reading the complaints, the heater core is right above the computer in the car so if the heater core is leaking antifreeze, it could fry the computer and cause a possible crash if the car were to stop suddenly. she said that "seeing that i hadn't had the car into a dealership in the last year that there is nothing they can do about it". i told her that it just started and what was i suppose to do, look into my crystal ball and know a year ahead of time that the heater core was going to go out. this is ludicrous! ! ! mitsubishi knows that this is a serious issue and are not doing one thing to fix it (by issuing a recall) where do we diamante owners go to get some help? do we need to file a class action lawsuit as that seems like the only way a fire is going to get lit under them (corporations tend to act if it means losing tons of money) the car can't be driven and i'm still paying on it. help! information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr.Mileage was 71677 miles. 1998 3000gt sl, automatic transmission periodically loses power when shifting into passing at 50 to 60 miles per hour. Had transmission rebuilt but the problem is still happening. Any ideas to the cause? 1998 mitsubishi galant seems to be having anti-theft problems. My guess, what the car is doing, is starting up, being able to drive it, but it kind of feels funny, I get to where I'm going, and turn off the car, when I come back, it won't start. I My son has a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer LS with about 120, 000 miles on it. The blend door is stck and i need to find the blend door kit for it. Does a nybody know where i might get it! 2003 Mitsubishi Montero sport, gets cold horn goes off and finally breaks and seems to be on most of the time now. Mitsubishi won't recall to fix their garbage and want to charge you 1K to fix, but that just makes me a 1 time customer. Mitsubi No recall for the knob. There is a recall on the gearing for the air blend door on the airbox under the dash right above the gas pedal. it has improved geometry so you dont have to exert as much force on the knob for the air blend door to move. a mine is broke too. cant change it to defrost mode. just blows out cold air in my face Temp. control knob is broke. the knob to choose from feet defog, etc only turns a little bit. its all jacked up. 2003 lancer i have a 99 mits eclipse GS '99 model and i pushed a latch on the inside of the passenger door and now it wont go back so now the door wont close.. anyone have any ideas how to release it so that my will close thanks much appreciated... Has all emmision and EVAP checked and all are functioning. I replaced fuel filler neck and made sure all vent hoses were clear. What else could it be?
