I have a Mercury Villager 1998 I am hearing a ticking sound coming from the wheels I cannot figure out what it is. I NEED SOME HELP When I turn my steering wheel it has a lot of play in it before it was to actually turn my wheels in my 1997 mercury tracer. What could be wrong with it? Could be the ball joints or the sway bar links. Both caused mine to squeak when I turned wheels. Mercury ball joints are notorious for busting. 2002 Grand Marquis squeaks when turning wheels
