Seems that 2006 2007 IS250 & IS350 owners would rather talk to each other about problems with the drivers knee airbag harness. I've been told by a Lexus service manager that both airbags and seatbelts are disabled when the "airbag light" is i windshield casing on drivers side has pulled away from frame causing air noises.
