THE "BLUE-TINGED" HIGH INTENSITY LIGHTS ON NEWER, EXPENSIVE CARS ARE A HUGE PROBLEM. I HAVE TO LOOK AWAY WHEN ONE IS COMING AT ME. THE BEAMS ARE EXTREMELY BOTHERSOME. LEXUS ES 2008 car safety problem was reported on Dec 08, 2011.LEXUS ES 2008, manufactured by TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION had a problem with VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL . WHILE DRIVING, I PUSHED GAS PEDAL DOWN TO ACCELERATE QUICKLY. ENGINE REVVED TO HIGH RPM AND CAR ACCELERATED AND RPM STAYED HIGH IN SPITE OF LETTING OFF OF GAS PEDAL. INITIALLY I PUT CAR IN NEUTRAL AND ENGINE CONTINUED AT HIGH RPM. I TAPPED HARD ON GAS PEDAL AND PEDAL RELEASED. THIS RECURRED AGAIN WHEN I PUSHED DOWN ON PEDAL. APPEARED TO BE DUE TO LEXUS FLOOR MAT CATCHING ON BOTTOM OF GAS PEDAL. I CALLED LEXUS DEALER AND WAS TOLD THIS HAD NEVER BEEN REPORTED. (I HAD ALREADY HAD THE RECALLED PEDAL REPLACEMENT DONE). I PULLED THE FLOOR MAT BACK TO PREVENT THE EDGE CATCHING ON THE PEDAL. APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH LATER THE PROBLEM RECURRED--PRESUMABLY BECAUSE THE MAT HAS SLOWLY PUSHED FORWARD OVER THE LAST MONTH. *TR.Mileage was 40822 miles. LEXUS HAS A TSB ON THE SQUEAKY REAR PADS BUT NEVER LET US KNOW. IT WAS A REPLACE ONLY IF OWNER COMPLAINED. 1 PAD WAS BADLY WORN, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND LEXUS WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. WITH ALL THE TOYOTA MASTER CYLINDER ISSUES UNDER RECALL, I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE OUR ES350 IS NOT EXPERIENCING THE SAME THING. EXPENSIVE FIX THAT WE CANNOT DELAY FOR SAFETY SAKE. windshield casing on drivers side has pulled away from frame causing air noises. Do alot of 2010's have this issue? I have a steering column that squeaks when I turn my '01 Lexus RX-300. All of this stuff is starting to make. My husband was driving a 2001 lexus gs 1999 Lexus RX300.....Passenger seat belt light keep blinking when somebody seat on the front.Thank you for your help. 93 gs300, out of the blue,, car died, towed home, started ran fine, 5 min. later dies. got to run again, 7 min dies. noticed with key on all the injectors are clicking irratically, then while trouble shooting,, everything, comes to a stop, when recently, on my 1992 SC400, a loud beep apparantly coming from the right door speaker comes immediately after starting the car. I found that the motor turned a little and was obviously still working (sort of) my thoughts on this pro Noticed a thumping noise with my 2010 RX 350 when braking going forward and backwards. Dealership said not to worry, many owner are complaining about the same thing. When there are enough complaints Lexus will do more research to resolve the pro I have a 2009 Lexus es350 and when i break at 60 mph it has a shimming upon breaking on the driver side. What can be the problem? I have rotated the tires and check the break pads and examine the rotor and with the cannot see any visual issuse.
