 I HAVE A 008 kia Rondo and every time i refuel my car it is hard  to start. That is the only time it does it is when i get gas. What is the problem with this?

OPTIMA 2004 V6 LX, manufactured by KIA MOTORS AMERICA, INC. my vehicle reached 300,000. and the consumption of fuel is going up. fuel injectors cleaned twice. and it delay to starts.

My daughter has an 02 Optima that had the same problem. Ran several hours of
troubleshooting including removing and checking the cannister, which was fine. I
finally found a 1-way check valve that was installed backwards (at the factory).
