Jeep Grand Cherokee Structure Body Door Safety Report | May 01, 2009

Reported on May 01, 2009

MY JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 2005 DOOR HANDLE BROKE WITH LESS THAN NORMAL USE. BOTH FRONT HANDLE ARE BROKEN. EVEN ONE OF THE BACKDOOR HANDLE IS BROKEN AND PEOPLE RARELY SEAT IN THE BACK. MY CAR HAS ONLY 37,900 MILES. THE JEEP DEALER WANTS TO CHARGE $1000.00 PER HANDLE IN PUERTO RICO. THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND IN MY OPINION COULD LEAVE TO PEOPLE BEING TRAP IN THE CAR IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT. *TR
