CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES IN PAST 2 YEARS AND WHEN BROUGHT IN, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THE ENGINE AND THEY GOT THE LIGHT TURNED OFF. THEN DECEMBER 22, 2002 THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON AT THE EXACT SAME TIME THE CAR MADE A LOUD NOISE AND THE ENGINE CUT OFF. NO WARNING LIGHTS.OIL WAS GONE FROM CAR AND NO IDICATOR LIGHTS WARNED OF LOW OIL. NOW ENGINE BURNT UP AND THE ISUZU DEALER WANTS TO CHARGE ME $9,200 TO FIX. OIL HAD BEEN CHANGED 2400 MILES BEFORE INCIDENT. NO OIL LEAKS FOUND.
