| T HE REDUCED POWER LIGHT COMES ON AND ACCELERATION IS REDUCED DOWN TO 10-15 MPH. THIS IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS ,SINCE I NEVER KNOW WHEN THIS WILL HAPPEN. I HAVE MANY CLOSE CALL ACCIDENTS FROM THIS, I HAVE TAKEN IT TO A SERVICE STATION AND THEY CAN NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM . PLEASE ADVISE! I'M DESPERATE.
