| MY SON WAS TRAVELLING ON SR 417 ON HIS WAY BACK TO COLLEGE. THE ISUZU BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTY AND HE ATTEMPTED TO SLOW DOWN. PIECES OF THE TIRE BEGAN TO FLY OVER THE HOOD AND WINDSHIELD AND THE VEHICLE CUT SHARPLY TO THE RIGHT, CUTTING ACROSS TWO LANES. IT CAME TO A STOP ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. WHEN THE INSURANCE APPRAISER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND TIRE, IT WAS HIS OPINION THAT IT WAS A CATASTROPHIC BLOWOUT.
