WHILE DRIVING A LOUD KNOCKING NOISE WAS HEARD COMING FROM THE FRONT. CONSUMER PULLED OVER. BUT THE NOISE WAS NOT DUPLICATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND RUNNING. CONSUMER DROVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER UPPER BALL JOINTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
