| WHILE DRIVING AT 45 MPH THE VEHICLE HAD DIRECT FRONTAL IMPACT, AND BOTH DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY WHICH COULDNT PROTECT THE OCCUPANTS IN THE ACCIDENT.
