THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT VEHICLE WAS ON RECALL, BUT THE RECALL WAS DONE IS STAGES. THE CONSUMER WAS NOT TO BE NOTIFIED UNTIL AUGUST 2003.
