i have a 2003 santa fe and everytime i drive in the rain or in a puddle the steering locks up and i cant steer. does anyone know what is wrong with my car and know how to fix it

on the highway the steering locked up and the EPS sign show.

If I go thru a tiny puddle of water my steering wheel locks up and I cannot turn it. It's very scary when it happens especially if I am trying to go around a bend and feel like I am going to go right into another car or a house.

i have 2008 hyundai entourage, recently after hitting small amounts of water on the road  i lose both steering and brakes 

My 2001 Hyundai Accent has the steering wheel off center to the left, has negative camber on the front right tire, and inside wear on both front tires.  My vehicle is shaking at 60+ mph.  Any idea on what could have created all this chaos?
