I recently bought a used 2002 honda civic. The cars history has been spotless...no accidents are anything like that. I noticed when i bought it that there is ice in the trunk and so i melted off the ice and after having removed the spare tire and had a similar problem, the AC console drain is plugged (had to remove the whole front seats and console to figure it out), go under the car and unplug it by inserting a pencil or some small thin metal object.
