Honda Del Sol 1995 Air Bags Review #10109937 HONDA DEL SOL 1995 car safety problem was reported on Jan 11, 2005.HONDA DEL SOL 1995, manufactured by HONDA (AMERICAN HONDA MOTOR CO.) had a problem with AIR BAGS . i was driving on i-95 n in northern va around mile marker 145, around noon, when all of a sudden both driver and passenger airbags deployed. i was on flat smooth surface road and did not strike any obstacles in the roadway. after regaining control of the vehicle, i pulled it to the side of the road avoiding contact with other vehicles. i have a claim filed with north american honda(vehicle-1995 honda del sol vtec). the dealership(pohanka honda fredericksburg, va), at first, said that they "did not have an opinion on what transpired", because "this matter is too legally sensitive." after putting pressure on north american honda, they had the dealership put the car on a lift finally, and took pictures to email their corporate office in california. their corporate office then called me and stated that they felt it was reasonable that the airbags deployed because they found scratches on oil pan and exhaust system. these scratches are obviously old and have heavy rust, and they definitely shouldn't have caused the airbags to have deployed. honda has said that to repair the vehicle they would need to replace the airbag control module in addition to both airbags, which seems odd to me if they wont tell me what's wrong with the vehicle. *jb.1 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 155000 miles. My 94 GL 1500 sends off a vibration when you let off the gas...traveling at 80-90 +mph or so it will rumble until you slow to about 60 mph ....a little scary, it makes me think its going to lock up...I had a previous 94 gl that did the same thing my 2003 Honda Accord started with replacing power steering pump then power steering hose{recall} now I have a leaking power steering rack seems all connected to me should be a recall for the rack also? Is it possbile for wheel cyclinder to be leaking after only 20,000 miles on a 2003 Civic Honda? 2005 Honda CRV - Front struts noisy over small bumps in road Since new problems have included pull to the right, grinding noise from rear diff, crack in windhshield all across the bottom of the glass from side to side no chipping just a long horizontal crack just above the dash line. Front struts make a hug the check engine light is staying on on my cbr1000rr 06. do you have to adjust the valves and fuel when you remove baffles from a 1995 honda 750 magna????
