Is it possbile for wheel cyclinder to be leaking after only 20,000 miles on a 2003 Civic Honda?

I have a 99 honda civic. When i stop at a light the car shuts off. then its hard to start. I already changed the fuel pump, but it's sitll doing it. By the way, when this happens, the rpms go down and there are no engine lights on at all, it just I recently bought a used 2002 honda civic. The cars history has been spotless...no accidents are anything like that. I noticed when i bought it that there is ice in the trunk and so i melted off the ice and after having removed the spare tire and 1998 honda civic trunk won't stay open. how fix? I AM TARIQ FROM PAKISTAN, I HAVE HONDA CIVIC VTI 1999 MODEL AUTO TRANSMISSION.
