My GMC K1500 sometimes starts running rough. It may correct it's self or may continue running rough untill you turn it off for a while then start it up again. Sometimes it may go a month with no problem then the problem may come right back.

96 top kick 7.0 gas my engine light comes on then off on the highway with foot the pedal its stop accelerating i have take my foot off for 4 or 5 seconds then it runs fine ? any ideas
