Gmc Sierra 1992 Tires Tread/beltGmc Sierra 1992 Tires Tread/belt Review #727103 GMC SIERRA 1992 car safety problem was reported on Aug 08, 2000.GMC SIERRA 1992, manufactured by GENERAL MOTORS CORP. had a problem with TIRES:TREAD/BELT . with these tires, i had a tread separate from the tire on my right rear. this caused me to swerve and fishtail across 3 lanes of traffic after the truck was back on all 4 wheels. there was really no warning to me that this was about to happen. it occured on an interstate after i entered it approximately 2 miles back. luckily, i nor anyone else was injured, however, i feel that this model tire from firestone should also be looked at for defects. the right side of my truck from the door back to and including the bumper suffered severe damage from the loose tire tread beating on my truck before it seperated from the rest of the tire, of which still is properly inflated. the tire itself did not blow. in conclusion, i am extremely fortunate and by the grace of god i am able to file this complaint report. i can understand how the unfortunate people who died when they experienced the same thing, had absolutely no warning of what was about to occur. please investigate this model firestone tire also, no one else should have to experience what i went through today, or anyone else die from this defective brand of tires. thank you.*ak( dot number: tire size: 265x75x15 ).0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Vehicle Identification Number (VIN):2GTEK19K8N1. Gmc Sierra 1992 Reports
My GMC K1500 sometimes starts running rough. It may correct it's self or may continue running rough untill you turn it off for a while then start it up again. Sometimes it may go a month with no problem then the problem may come right back. 1998 GMC Sierra 4x4. 118,000 miles but rebuilt engine installed at 78,000 miles. Drive carefully, slow take offs, 65 to 70 mph on road, but gas mileage is 10 to 11.5 mpg. Changed air filter but no better. Tire pressure is fine. Any suggestions for 2004 GMC Envoy~~~ I have no rt or lft brake lights.(only the bar brake light at the top of the hatch.) I was told that the right one wasn't working. When I went under the seat to check the fuse I noticed that it was the only fuse that was loose, j What can i do to repair the problem i have with my wipers being intermittend thank you. I have a 2007 Yukon Denali XL and my climate control + button for the heat on the drivers side peeled off. Anyone out there having the same issue? It looks like the passengers side is doing the same. The abs activates at 10 km/h. blower speed switch burns up as soon as you turn it on,wipers hang up and stay on when switch is turned off
IT is stuck all pulled out , and will not rolll back in .
any idea on how to fix this .
