my 1998 dodge Ram 1500- the seat belts have locked up and will not release. Both sides locked up at same time and suddenly. I have a problem with seatbelts in my 98 Dodge Dakota. The driver's side seat belt keeps coming unfastened and the passenger side is hard to remove once latched. Can this be fixed or would I need to have it replaced?
