Dodge Ram 3500 2010 Fuel System, DieselDodge Ram 3500 2010 Fuel System, Diesel Review #10364288 DODGE RAM 3500 2010 car safety problem was reported on Oct 26, 2010.DODGE RAM 3500 2010, manufactured by CHRYSLER GROUP LLC had a problem with FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL . i have a 2010 dodge ram 3500 (single rear) 6 months old with (4000) miles. i was towing my camper (8000lbs) and the engine started knocking - i was told by the dealership that i purchased bad diesel fuel (kerosene in fuel) and it caused the injector to hydro-lock and flood a cylinder and this is not covered under warranty, and it will cost me ($1000+) to fix this vehicle. the analysis they conducted on the fuel was visual, and this was there final determination. i contacted chrysler corporate and i was told they could only go by what the tech says and there is nothing they can do for me. i called other dealerships to ask if they have had a run on diesel vehicles with bad fuel and not one of them said they had a problem. i believe i have a bad injector and chrysler will not analyze them to guarantee i will not have future problems. i turned this over to my insurance company and they are forcing the dealership to do further evaluations. the vehicle is currently at another chrysler dealership where they are going to have the fuel analyzed and determine what actually caused the failure. i will finalize this complaint when i get the final reports on what exactly caused this failure... *tr.Mileage was 4300 miles. Dodge Ram 3500 2010 Service Brakes, ElectricDodge Ram 3500 2010 Service Brakes, Electric Review #10422807 DODGE RAM 3500 2010 car safety problem was reported on Sept 03, 2010.DODGE RAM 3500 2010, manufactured by CHRYSLER GROUP LLC had a problem with SERVICE BRAKES, ELECTRIC . 2010 dodge ram 3500 integrated brake controller does not work well enough to stop trailer. the controller does not send braking voltage to trailer for a full 3 seconds after the truck brakes are applied and takes 2-3 seconds to ramp up the voltage after the truck brakes are applied. if the controller is set to a setting of 5-10 the controller only sends 3.0 to the trailer. the controller never sends over 3.0 no matter how long or hard the brakes are applied. the result is when stopping, the trailer pushes the truck into intersections. the brake controller was replaced and it still works the same. contacted dodge and after playing phone tag no solution in sight. this is an accident waiting to happen. i have been close several times when another vehicle stops short or changes lanes and stops eliminating the extra stopping distance i allow because of the ineffective brake controller. *tr.Mileage was 350 miles. Dodge Ram 3500 2010 SuspensionDodge Ram 3500 2010 Suspension Review #10453821 DODGE RAM 3500 2010 car safety problem was reported on Mar 30, 2012.DODGE RAM 3500 2010, manufactured by CHRYSLER GROUP LLC had a problem with SUSPENSION . on 10-17-11, i took truck to 5-star dodge @3068 riverside dr-macon, ga 31210. it had 4 recalls - k-17,k-33,k-34 and l-16. the l-16 being left tie rod end. i pick truck up 10-18-11(tues). sat - 10-22-11 i called service dept and tell them my steering wheel is not aligned and truck is pulling to right. they tell me to bring in 10-24-11 and they will take care of it. the steering wheel centered and truck alignment done. on 11-5-11, called service center to report that my new tires on front were showing wire sticking out and it was vibrating in front. again it was sat and no one was there to look at it, so i took it back on 11-7-11, the dealership had to replace to front tires and said they were sending it to the warner robins dealership for the alignment, they could not do it, so they sent it to raffeild tire in warner robins. upon picking truck up they tell me it is still not aligned. so i recommended a tire business in bolingbroke that works on big trucks and i knew they could align it, they do all our work trucks and we have never had any problems. now 3-30-12, i pick up a load of hay for horses(2400lbs plus trailer) and come home, i leave to pick up my daughter from school and i loose control of truck in alley at cemetery behind our house, the left tie rod end is broken. the truck cannot be towed, it has to be repaired on sight. i called the dealership to report this and they do not seem concerned and never called me back to check status of truck. i had watts service center come and look at truck and replace the left tie rod end. it is my belief that the recall was never done (l-16) on my truck, i have the part that was taken off and it looks to be the original left tie rod end that came on truck when purchased . i had nothing but problems ever since i took the truck in and its only been 5 1/2 months since the recall. did they get paid for something they didn't do? *tr.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 42000 miles. Dodge Ram 3500 2010 SteeringDodge Ram 3500 2010 Steering Review #10456634 DODGE RAM 3500 2010 car safety problem was reported on Apr 13, 2012.DODGE RAM 3500 2010, manufactured by CHRYSLER GROUP LLC had a problem with STEERING . after accelerating on an interstate highway on-ramp, the vehicle went over some bumps then started shaking violently at about 45 mph. there was a complete loss of steering as the truck vibrated and shook across lanes, but i was able to somehow avoid collisions with other vehicles and safely pull off the highway. after stopping and finding nothing wrong, the vehicle was slowly accelerated to interstate speed and driven another 300 miles to destination without further incident. a few days later, a tucson dodge dealer inspected the truck and found two issues. first, the front steering damper was found to be defective and was replaced under warranty. the second item, an imbalanced front driver's side wheel, was found and corrected. the problem has not recurred, but i am extremely nervous about the event repeating itself, particularly if it happens when pulling a 5th wheel trailer. i am not confident that the violent shaking of the vehicle and loss of steering was caused by a defective steering dampener and a slightly out-of-balance front wheel. this problem, an apparently somewhat widespread occurrence among dodge trucks, has been widely reported as the "death wobble" throughout the past 8 years or so. my understanding is that it had been fixed recently through suspension changes by chrysler engineers, but obviously not. *tr.Mileage was 19400 miles. Dodge Ram 3500 2010 SteeringDodge Ram 3500 2010 Steering Review #10560230 DODGE RAM 3500 2010 car safety problem was reported on Jan 16, 2014.DODGE RAM 3500 2010, manufactured by Chrysler Group LLC had a problem with STEERING . we received a recall notice for this vehicle in december, with regard to the left tie rod ball stud on the truck. it said that the part could fracture and cause loss of control/crash without warning. we were directed to call the dealer january 6 to arrange repair. on january 6, crystal chrysler in cathedral city said they didn't have the parts and to call back in a week or so. we called again today (january 16), and they still do not have parts. the next-closest dealership (in yucca valley, ca) said it would be at least a month. when we called dodge, they said that dealerships could only order one each week, which has now been raised to three each week. this recall covers all dodge trucks made between 2008 and 2012. that is absolutely ridiculous. who is responsible if one of us loses control due to a fracture? we haul hay with this truck, as well as a large horse trailer. this truck is supposed to be the top of the line for dodge. how long can dodge make us wait for a repair? i think we have already passed "reasonable" and "timely" with this issue. Dodge Ram 3500 2010 Steering Review #10578412 DODGE RAM 3500 2010 car safety problem was reported on Apr 08, 2014.DODGE RAM 3500 2010, manufactured by Chrysler Group LLC had a problem with STEERING . i have the original tires on it still. i don't off road nor do i use it for commercial use. in nov 2011, with 19k miles, i had the left tie rod replaced as the ball joint part wore out and was hanging. then i got the notice in dec 13 of this new tie rod issue, i thought it to be one in the same. i departed my house for work. with no notice, as i was backed out a dirt driveway, i heard a pop, it sounded like something was dragging. i stopped, looking under the front and back thinking i had picked up something, there was nothing. as i tried to move forward, the scraping sound appeared again, i stopped, looked up under the front end finding the drag link hanging about 8 inches off the tie rod end. i called the dodge contact number in the book. this was 340 am.. i explained what happened and he stated that he would build a job order for it. i contacted the dealer,(8 am) he asked me to look at the drag link and see what type of stabilizer system i had mounted on it. i had 2 u bolt connectors about half mass of the drag link. the dealership then stated that knowing that, i needed to have the drag link replaced, and that it would be covered under this recall. he then stated that as it was mounted, the stabilizer didn't allow the drag link to rotate properly causing undue stress on the tie rod end joint. i was then told that the dealership had inspected 15 trucks so far and all 15 needed these parts replaced, but dodge still didn't' have the replacement parts available and wouldn't be until around the 14th of april 14. mind you this recall was put out in dec 2013 4 months ago.... still as of today with no parts currently available.. i wanted to talk to a supervisor, she said their office doesn't work like that..... every one has a supervisor some place....she stated the conversation was recorded, and continued to try to push me off to the road side assistance folks. *tr.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 61700 miles. I have a 2008 Dodge Nitro thats rear driver side light does not work. I have taken it to a mechanic that can't find out why it won't work and have spent 200.00 He thinks it might be in the wiring system . I have also seen other Dodge Nitro same ye Every time it rains heavily the passenger floor gets soaking wet. My car has never been in an accident or any body damage. It is a 2007 Nitro 4X4. Wasn't there a recall years ago for fixing the roof rack assembly? Has anyone else ever had this iss stereo is all static but the cd player works fine...antennae perhaps? I have the same problem. Dodge can't find the problem so they told me to take it. Next week I'm turning it in and go through the lemom law. Very frustrating when you buy the warrrant and they can't fix it. Garrrrrrrrr. Ihave a 95 Dodge Avenger and the 30 Amp starter/ignition fuse keeps blowing. As soon as you turn the key the instrument panel lights are dim and then the fuse blows. I have replaced the starter, cables, ignition switch, fusible link and battery an 2004 Dodge 2500 Ram Truck, Laramie trim package...horn goes off with no one around it - truck is off and parked in the driveway, keys were not touched. power windows won't work pushing window buttons causes the water in fuel lite to come on along with the brake indicator lite and wait to start lite also turning on the a/c heater causes the same thing soon as you release the switches lites go out 2001 Dodge 5.9 cummins going down the road it sputtered 3 times & shut off and will not restart I purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan from Bankston Dodge of Grand Prairie, Texas in May of 2008. Less than 8 months after that (around 12,000 miles) my front brakes went completely out with no indication whatsoever of any problems (The device tha 1995 DODGE NEON 1.6l Feels like it is slipping while driving. with brake pedal depressed car surges, Probably not the door seals. You may have to unstop the two drains that can get filled with debris. The two drains are located in the trough under the grill work that is under the wiper blades. You will need to remove the wiper arms, then remove a '06 dakota - unable to put fuel in gas tank
